Storm in the vineyard

This weekend, we celebrate Dads everywhere! It will be a great opportunity to bring Dad out for a road trip on the South Shore and visit the winery. We will have a few fun gift ideas as well. The weekend of June 18 & 19!

Or treat Dad to see The Bombadils LIVE at the winery on Saturday, June 18th @ 7pm.

Tickets are $25 each and include one beverage of your choice (non-alcoholic options available).

Canadian Folk Music Award nominees The Bombadils bring together bluegrass, Celtic, and contemporary folk music with front-porch style and classical grace. Canadian arts journalist Bob Mersereau describes their music as "folk tunes done with musical adventure and sophistication" and Elmore Magazine calls it "an enchanting folk romp."

The Bombadils met in 2009 while studying music at McGill University in Montreal, Québec. In the years to follow, they began recording and touring throughout Canada, and internationally. Tour highlights include Koerner Hall in Toronto, ON, Tivoli Gardens in Denmark, and Wintergrass music festival outside Seattle, WA. In 2015 they released full-length album, "Grassy Roads, Wandering Feet," quickly followed by "New Shoes" in 2016 which was nominated for two Canadian Folk Music Awards and won Folk Music Ontario's Album of the Year award.

PLUS!

We are launching our new vintage of Petite L’Orange Wine. I think it's the best yet! It is a very special wine. Come give it a try this weekend!

Petite L'Orange

This skin-contact white wine, is a style of wine made from white grapes fermented with the grape skins, giving the wine an orange colour. This wine was a spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast, giving it complexity in taste & aromatics. It was made from a blend of L’Acadie Blanc, Cayuga & Frontenac Gris. With its wonderful amber hue, this wine has robust aromas of dried fruit, honey, linseed oil and sourdough. The palate is lively with honeyed pear, bruised apple and hazelnuts with a bright acidity and notable tannins. Pairs well with charcuterie, bold cheeses, roasted or caramelized vegetables & meats. Serve chilled.
