Cancellation of July 1st Event & Reflection

IN Petite, the big Canada Day event is normally at the firehall and it is a highlight of the social calendar and a summer kickoff. Last year, with the firehall closed we had a barbeque and it was a fun afternoon. We had thought to do the same event this year. But that is now clearly inappropriate due to the recent events surrounding residential schools across Canada. We have decided it is best to not go forward with our event planned for July 1st.

We believe this is an important decision, to lend our support and create space for a different response, one of personal reflection and reconciliation.  Now is a time to listen, learn, and leave space for those in our Indigenous communities to speak and mourn. Thank you for your understanding.

Our Family Summer Kick-Off Plans

Our Family Summer Kick-Off at Petite Rivière Vineyards is on Saturday, July 3rd, from 12-5pm. There will be a barbeque for the family and we’ll have sangria to drink, along with our other libations. We look forward to seeing you here!

Hotdog & pop/water for kids $2
Sausage & Sangria for Adults $8

While you’re here, relax down in our new patio space just below our terrace ! It is literally in the vineyard - a scenic spot to enjoy a glass of wine or cider, or a tasting of our selections!

Vineyard Tours are now booking

Have you ever taken one of our Ultimate Vineyard Tours? We are excited to announce that we are now taking bookings for July! What an enjoyable way to experience an in-depth introduction to the Vineyards, the wine making process, and the history of our wines. It finishes with a tasting of 5 of our fine wines. Contact us at info@petiterivierevineyards.ca or reach out on FB to book!
