Long weekend, then back to school
Oh my goodness, it’s that time already?? The long weekend is upon us, and Labour Day is this Monday. But what a summer it has been-so much sunshine !! Gardens are thriving- so are vineyards! :)) Take a dip in the warm(er) water for swimming -still lots of time for the beach or lake….We will be open from 11-5 this weekend, including the holiday Monday. It’s a great time to make a trip to visit us here at Petite Rivière Vineyards, and then on to our beautiful local beaches!
The kids go back to school on Tuesday and we’re on the cusp of autumn. But summer isn’t over yet! Make sure you have a good mix of reds, whites, rosés, fruit wines, fortified wines, and ciders on hand for whatever the weather and mood brings! Maybe one of our special curated packs will be appealing - you can get a nice mix of beverages at a special discounted price!
Concert alert!!!

Yes, we’re excited to share that the founding member of the storied Canadian rock group April Wine will be here with JP Ellis on keyboard! Pop Wedding Event this weekend
We are so excited to be co-hosting 4 Pop-Up Weddings this weekend with the Justice of the Peace Sisters ! We will have the ceremonies in the vineyard & a private celebration reception after for each wedding!! We will be open to the public as usual with our fabulous Tastings on the Terrace & Tours.
We had a barking good time this past Saturday at our annual Canines & Wines event! Local photographer Karleigh DeRuyte took some lovely photos of the canine crew - and half of the proceeds were donated to SHAID Tree Animal Shelter. From sales of Lulu Rosé, $1 per bottle went to ElderDog Canada. It was great to have Pet Portraits by Elise here for a meet & greet - and the pups enjoyed healthy, tasty treats from Health Mutts, still in stock!
