Henri on bottle line

As we approach the Labour Day weekend, the last long weekend before school starts, many of us are turning our focus away from our hot summer to new beginnings as we approach fall.

Setting up nets on the vineyard

Well, we think for this weekend, you should do some exploring within Nova Scotia! Come to the South Shore, hang out on one of our fabulous beaches, eat some fresh seafood at a fabulous local restaurant, or, even better, bring a picnic to the Winery!

We would love to see you! Hang out on our gorgeous terrace, and enjoy a flight or two of wines and ciders with your yummy picnic!

This weekend we are featuring the NEW release of our favourite rosé wine, Henri! Come try some samples of Henri and relax, either on your way to the beach/cottage or after!

Whatever you decide, we hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Meanwhile, the vineyard crew is very busy preparing for harvest! Nets are going up to keep the grapes away from the birds -- more wine for us!  Then the raccoon fence goes up, everyone one wants our juicy grapes!

Nets on vineyard

Our winemaker is busy planning our harvest for the year, so he can calculate exactly what wines he will make this year. This is always an exciting time of year, but also our busiest time of year. So much happens during harvest. We will keep you posted on what happens next week in the vineyard!
