Back to school & getting ready for harvest

Well, the kids are back in school now, and routines are going back to normal. It’s always so remarkable to see how resilient children are, and adaptable to change - and how they’re learning all the time!

Even though school days bring with them the feeling of autumn, it’s still very summery out there, and an ideal time to travel on the South Shore. There’s so much to see and do here, and our hours here at Petite Rivière Vineyards remain the same: we’re open every day from 11-5. Come by for a glass of Wine or Cider, or for Tastings on the Terrace, or call a day or two in advance to book your Ultimate Vineyard Tour!

Perry Cider & Sliders Weekend!!

This Saturday September 11th from 12-4, we’re excited to host Ciders and Sliders! We’re featuring our Sid’s Perry - a delicious pear cider, the essence of autumn - along with a tasty slider. $5 for a cider + slider! Come by for this delightful pairing, and look out over the scenic rolling vineyards. You may see monarch butterflies and hummingbirds flitting through our garden too!

Lynnea Rose Afternoon Concert

And coming up on Saturday, September 18th, from 3-5, we’re very happy to host the talented Maritime folk singer and songwriter Lynnea Rose! Book your tickets in advance to hear these beautifully crafted songs here! $20/ticket.

We had a beautiful weekend, with a number of pop-up weddings in our vineyard, and the amazing Jim Henman concert last Thursday. Thank you to everyone who came out to all these events!
