Three Churches of Mahone Bay Red

Three Churches Red is 100% Marechal Foch, and barrel-aged in French Oak for 12 months. With rich notes of black cherry, cassis dried fruit, spice and tobacco with some mineral and earth notes on the finish, followed by structured tannins. Pairs well with Lamb shank with forged mushroom & herb risotto.

Crescent Moon

Crescent Moon is a nod to our beautiful Crescent Beach, and the coastal climate that nurtures our vineyards. It is 100% Leon Millot, a fresh fruit forward grape that grows exceptionally well in our terroir. On the nose, this elegant light bodies wine has black cherry, raspberry and plum with subtle background notes of earth, cedar, and cocoa. On the palate, it exhibits bright flavours of red fruit and tobacco, along with well structured tannins on the finish. Pairs well with dishes like chicken tagine with apricots and olives, or roasted duck with plum sauce.
