Drumlin – Kissing Brook
Kissing Brook was hand harvested, sorted and basket pressed. The wine is a blend of Baco Noir, Leon Millot, Triomphe d’Alsace, Petite Pearl and Lucie Kuhlmann and it was barrel aged in French oak for 20 months. This red wine is rich and elegant, with well integrated tannins. The nose offers cedar, spice and rich black fruit. The palate displays spice, cedar, cassis, black cherries & plums. Pairs well with roasted dishes such as butter roasted rib-eye steaks with frites.
Drumlin – Italy Cross
Italy Cross was hand harvested, sorted and basket pressed. It is a blend of Lucie Kuhlmann and Leon Millot, barrel aged for 19 months in French oak. This wine is bright and balanced, displaying notes of violets, spice, black cherries and cassis, with well integrated tannins. Pairs well with Italian dishes, such as Ossobuco with saffron risotto or rustic pasta dishes.
Drumlin – Old Lucie
Old Lucie is made from old vines of 100% Lucie Kuhlmann. It was hand harvested and sorted, basket pressed and aged in French oak for 20 months. This wine is rich, smooth and full bodied. It displays notes of spice, black fruit, such as, cassis and plums with some leather and earth components. Pairs well with braised meats, such as lamb shanks or short ribs served over creamy truffled polenta.
100% Leon Millot. Medium bodied, mouth watering note of strawberries and minerality, with a hint of cherry confectionary.
100% Leon Millot. A light/medium bodied rosé made with the free-run juice of our Leon Millot grapes. It has aromas of strawberries and cherries, with strawberry, cherry and pink grapefruit on the palate. The style is crisp and dry with a refreshing finish.
100% DeChaunac. This dry rosé bubbly wine has a vibrant salmon hue and offers aromas of orange blossom, soft strawberry, dried fruit and brioche. Soft bubbles on the palate compliment a lively acidity on the finish.
