This fresh “fruit wine” has a lively fruity and floral nose with slight sweetness on the palate, balanced with notes of mouth-watering cranberry.
Crescent Moon is a nod to our beautiful Crescent Beach, and the coastal climate that nurtures our vineyards. It is 100% Leon Millot, a fresh fruit forward grape that grows exceptionally well in our terroir. On the nose, this elegant light bodies wine has black cherry, raspberry and plum with subtle background notes of earth, cedar, and cocoa. On the palate, it exhibits bright flavours of red fruit and tobacco, along with well structured tannins on the finish. Pairs well with dishes like chicken tagine with apricots and olives, or roasted duck with plum sauce.
Three Churches of Mahone Bay WhiteThree Churches is a L'Acadie Blanc with a hint of Vidal. The nose displays aromas of apple, citrus, and honeyed pear, with subtle mineral notes. The palate expresses bright apple and pear notes, with a crisp citrus and clean acidity on the finish. Three Churches pairs well with seafood & creamy dishes such as lobster chowder!
100% DeChaunac. This dry rosé bubbly wine has a vibrant salmon hue and offers aromas of orange blossom, soft strawberry, dried fruit and brioche. Soft bubbles on the palate compliment a lively acidity on the finish.
